Step 1: Pick a “problem” situation (like a concerning conversation, a tough day at work, or a disagreement with a friend) that you want to tackle with a new vibe.

Step 2: Before diving in, take a moment to prep yourself. Channel your inner guru, do some deep breathing, and MindSpell p.e.a.c.e.  – just do it.  Give it 30 seconds and see if a new idea doesn’t pop into your mind that has the potential to resolve and dissolve this.

Step 3: Dive into the situation with a different approach. Instead of reacting the same old way, focus on the energy you’re bringing to the table. Be mindful of your vibes, and simply put compassion first.  That’s it.  Walk a mile in their shoes and see if you can’t tap into what’s really going on.

Step 4: Take note of the results. Did the situation play out differently this time? Did your vibes have an impact? Reflect on how your energy influenced the outcome.
