Mary Reynolds now offers 9-Week Proficiency Training:
9-WEEK PROFICIENCY TRAINING
In her 9-week proficiency training, Mary works with 8-10 faculty and staff (core team leaders) via WebinarJam. This training helps core team become proficient in the two key facets of Academic Success 101: Accelerated Learning model (MAPit: 30 Second TurnAround and 9-Week Curriculum for building MindSafe Communities) and requires that participants submit work samples to Mary via email and participate in weekly one-hour weekly group coaching and feedback sessions.
The goal of this training is to help educational leaders become proficient in using Mary’s MAPit TurnAround Model and MindSafe Community Building Curriculum so as to model these facets for other faculty and staff, thereby facilitating the exponential reach of Accelerated Learning through the school or facility to continuously meet (and exceed) standards.
The core team is typically comprised of a cross-section of administrators, classroom teachers, PTA/PTO leaders, instructional coaches, district leaders, counselors and director of programs. Key prerequisites for participants are (a) an open mind, (b) a willingness to practice the model between sessions, and (c) the courage to receive feedback in a group format.
As soon as your investment is received, you’ll be taken to a calendar where you will schedule 9 weekly dates and times that are best for your core team. Before our first training day, you’ll also receive a five-question survey to give to your core team to ensure you get the most out of our work together. We will verify attendance and submission of work samples if needed for career advancement or hours toward credit within your institution. Proficiency Training includes participants’ access to Academic Success 101 Online Course.
